- Contract
- To provide the Cuehour account, public page, studio, support, billing, and Pro features requested by a creator.
- Legitimate interests
- To keep the service secure, understand basic product usage, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve schedule workflows.

How We Share Information
Cuehour shares information with service providers only as needed to run the product. Current categories include authentication, database, storage, hosting, payment processing, email or support tooling, analytics needed for the product, security, and professional advisors.
Public creator pages intentionally show creator profile and schedule content. Do not publish private or sensitive information in a public schedule title, note, avatar, or bio.
Cuehour may disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or similar business transaction.
Retention
- Account and profile
- Kept while the creator account is active, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed for the service, legal, security, or accounting reasons.
- Schedule content
- Kept while a creator maintains the page or until the creator deletes the content or account, subject to backup and legal retention needs.
- Analytics
- Studio reporting currently focuses on a 30-day window. Raw analytics may be retained longer for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and aggregate product analysis.
- Billing
- Kept as needed for subscription administration, tax, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Support
- Kept as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain service records, and handle follow-up or legal obligations.
Your Privacy Choices
- Creators can update public profile and schedule content in the studio.
- Creators can request access, correction, deletion, export, objection, or restriction by emailing the privacy contact.
- You can clear Cuehour cookies and local storage in your browser, though doing so may sign you out or reset timezone preferences.
- You can report a public page that exposes personal information, impersonates someone, or links to harmful content.
- If a local privacy law gives you additional rights, Cuehour will handle valid requests according to that law.
