Terms of Service

Rules for creating and using Cuehour schedule pages.

These terms govern creator accounts, public schedule pages, Pro subscriptions, and use of the Cuehour service.

Last updated: April 23, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Cuehour. By accessing Cuehour, creating a creator account, publishing a public schedule page, or buying Pro, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the Legal page.

If you use Cuehour for an organization, agency, talent group, or creator team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be able to form a legally binding agreement, or use Cuehour with permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure because creator studio access currently depends on Google sign-in.
  • You may not use Cuehour if you are barred from using the service under applicable law or sanctions rules.

Creator Accounts

Account accuracy
Keep your public name, slug, bio, avatar, timezone, and stream details accurate enough that fans are not misled.
Public pages
A published Cuehour page is public. Anyone with the URL may view the creator profile, schedule content, and reminder links.
Updates
You are responsible for updating delayed, canceled, rescheduled, or changed events promptly.
Account activity
You are responsible for actions taken through your authenticated creator studio session.

Creator Content

You keep ownership of the content you add to Cuehour, including public creator profile information, stream titles, event notes, avatars, and links. You grant Cuehour a limited license to host, display, process, transmit, and adapt that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

You must have the rights needed to publish any content you add. Do not upload or link to private personal information, infringing material, malware, phishing content, or content that violates platform rules or applicable law.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not impersonate another creator, brand, agency, or public figure.
  • Do not use Cuehour for harassment, threats, hate, abuse, spam, scams, malware, phishing, or unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt to access another creator's studio, data, account, billing, or analytics.
  • Do not interfere with the service, bypass limits, scrape at abusive volume, or probe security without written permission.
  • Do not publish schedule pages that mainly redirect users to harmful, deceptive, or illegal destinations.

Third-Party Services

Cuehour integrates with services such as Google sign-in, Supabase, hosting providers, payment processors, and calendar applications. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Cuehour is not responsible for third-party services outside Cuehour's control.

Service Changes And Availability

Cuehour may change features, limits, pricing, providers, or design as the product evolves. We aim to keep public schedule pages reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, payment provider delays, database problems, network issues, or events outside Cuehour's control.

Suspension And Termination

Cuehour may suspend or remove accounts, pages, content, or access when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, respond to legal obligations, prevent abuse, address unpaid subscriptions, or reduce security risk. You may stop using Cuehour at any time and request account deletion through support or privacy contact channels.

Disclaimers

Cuehour is provided as available and as is, without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for every creator workflow. Cuehour does not guarantee stream attendance, audience growth, platform availability, payment provider availability, or calendar app behavior.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cuehour is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or creator platform changes. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the limits may not apply to you.

Changes To These Terms

Cuehour may update these terms as the product, providers, laws, or operating model change. Material updates should be reflected by changing the last updated date and, where appropriate, by giving additional notice in the product or by email.
