What To Include

  • Your account email if you are a creator asking about your studio or billing.
  • The public Cuehour URL or creator handle affected by the issue.
  • The stream title, date, timezone, or calendar action involved if the issue is schedule-related.
  • Screenshots or exact error text when the problem is visual, billing-related, or sign-in-related.
  • For privacy requests, the email address tied to your account and the request you want us to complete.

Typical Response Targets

Critical abuse
Reviewed as soon as practical, especially impersonation, phishing, malware, or credible safety risks.
Billing
Usually reviewed within 2 business days after the request includes the account email and checkout context.
Product support
Usually reviewed within 3 business days, with priority for problems that block publishing or access.
Privacy requests
Handled according to applicable law after we verify the request and the account or data involved.

Self-Check Before Contacting Support

  • If your public page looks outdated, refresh the page and confirm the event is published and not canceled.
  • If local time looks wrong, use the timezone selector on the public page and confirm the event source timezone in the studio.
  • If Google sign-in fails, start from the same browser tab again and avoid opening multiple sign-in callbacks at once.
  • If Pro access is pending after checkout, return to Billing and refresh after Cuehour receives the signed Creem webhook.
