Refund Policy

Clear rules for Pro cancellations and refund requests.

Cuehour wants paid creator subscriptions to be predictable. This policy explains how cancellation, renewals, and refund review work.

Current Paid Plan

Monthly Pro
$6.99/month before any taxes, payment provider adjustments, or local charges shown at checkout.
Yearly Pro
$69/year before any taxes, payment provider adjustments, or local charges shown at checkout. Yearly pricing currently saves 18% compared with monthly billing.
Provider
Paid checkout currently uses Creem when configured. The checkout screen may show additional tax, invoice, currency, or payment method details.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel Pro before the next renewal date to stop future charges.
  • If self-service cancellation is not visible in Billing, email support@cuehour.com from the account email and include your Cuehour page URL.
  • When cancellation is processed, Pro access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
  • Deleting public schedule content does not automatically cancel a paid subscription unless the billing relationship is also canceled.

Refund Review Guidelines

First purchase
A first-time Pro purchase may be eligible for refund review if requested within 14 days and the account is not involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
Renewals
Renewal refund requests are usually reviewed if sent within 7 days of the renewal charge and before substantial continued use of Pro features after renewal.
Duplicate charges
Duplicate, accidental, or clearly erroneous charges should be reported as soon as possible and are reviewed with the payment provider records.
Service outage
If a prolonged Cuehour-controlled outage materially prevents use of paid features, Cuehour may provide a refund, credit, or other remedy at its discretion unless law requires a different result.
No automatic proration
Canceling mid-period does not automatically create a prorated refund unless required by law or approved after review.

Usually Not Refundable

  • Charges after the refund review windows above, unless required by law.
  • Partial months or partial years after a creator has continued using Pro features.
  • Losses caused by third-party platforms, calendar apps, creator streaming platforms, payment provider outages, or creator-side mistakes.
  • Accounts suspended for spam, phishing, abuse, impersonation, malware, illegal activity, or serious Terms violations.
  • Taxes, currency conversion, payment provider fees, bank fees, or chargeback fees where those amounts cannot be returned by the provider.

How To Request A Refund

  • Email support@cuehour.com from the account email used for the Cuehour creator account.
  • Include your Cuehour public page URL, checkout provider, charge date, charge amount, and whether the subscription is monthly or yearly.
  • Describe the reason for the request and include screenshots or receipts if available.
  • Do not send full payment card numbers. Cuehour does not need them and does not store them.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or card provider, Cuehour may need to suspend Pro access while the dispute is investigated. Contacting support first is usually faster for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, and cancellation questions.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply under local law. If those laws apply, Cuehour will handle valid requests according to those requirements.
